Refund policy
At Wylde The Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges in accordance with the following policy:
We accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed garments with tags within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at hello@wyldethebrand.com to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanged items. We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@wyldethebrand.com within 15 of receiving the item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will either provide a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
